Pastor Ed Fink

Pastor Ed Fink has been a cherished part of the Faith Bible Chapel South family since 1990. His spiritual journey began at the age of fourteen, when a simple invitation from a fellow high school student changed the course of his life. That invitation was to a city-wide “Youth Pizza Blast”—an outreach event that proved to be more than just pizza and games.
“I had only been to church once before that night,” Ed recalls. “But something about that evening stirred something deep in me. I accepted Christ as my Savior, and everything began to change.”
It was a moment that shaped both his heart and his mission. “That’s why I’m so passionate about inviting those who don’t yet know Christ,” he says. “If someone hadn’t taken the time to invite me, who knows where I’d be today.”
By the age of 17, Ed felt a clear and undeniable call from God to pursue full-time ministry. After graduating high school, he enrolled at Oklahoma Baptist University, where he not only deepened his theological education but also met his future wife, Danna Fisher. The two were married in 1990—a year that would mark the beginning of a lifelong partnership in both marriage and ministry.
Shortly after their wedding, Ed and Danna were invited to move to Colorado, where Ed began serving with the youth ministry at Faith Bible Chapel South. Initially working part-time, Ed poured his heart into the church community for over a decade before officially joining the full-time pastoral staff in October of 2001.
Since then, Pastor Ed has faithfully served in a variety of roles and now leads the church as Senior Pastor. His responsibilities have grown to include oversight of the men’s ministry, the church’s food bank outreach, and key administrative functions that support the broader mission of FBCS.
With a heart for people and a passion for seeing lives transformed, Pastor Ed continues to lead with humility, dedication, and the same invitational spirit that first brought him to Christ.
